Onboarding is provided through our unique alliance with a top executive coach. Each candidate placed receives a series of one-on-one executive coaching services during their first months on the job. Onboarding has proven to be the catalyst that lifts individuals and teams to their highest potential on an accelerated basis while improving overall satisfaction. In fact, our experience shows that the entire organization benefits.
While the initial onboarding ensures that the selected candidate assimilates well into the corporate culture and contributes substantially in the short term, we also provide continued coaching to ensure retention and long-term contribution. Therefore, at the end of the first year and again at the 18th month of employment, the selected candidate receives additional coaching sessions from the Sage sponsored executive coach.
