Our purpose is to serve our clients as trusted advisors and committed business partners. To do this, we understand that we must maintain flexibility in our service offering by "unbundling" our services. Clients can retain us, as needed, for any individual phase of the search process such as due-diligence, the creation of position specifications, preliminary screening, in-depth interviewing, assembly of final candidate slate, package negotiations or reference checks. These "un-bundled" services are billed on an hourly basis.
